الجزائر: تنمية أفريقيا تستوجب تضافر كل الجهود الأممية
أكد الأمين العام لوزارة الخارجية الجزائرية لونس مكرمان، أن مواجهة تحديات الأمن والاستقرار والتنمية داخل القارة الإفريقية، خاصة في منطقة الساحل، تتطلب تضافر كافة الجهود الدولية والإفريقية من أجل تفعيل أنظمة الإنذار المبكر للأزمات والصراعات، وتشجيع حل النزاعات الدولية وإنهائها بالوسائل السلمية، وتعزيز إجراءات بناء الثقة المتبادلة وإعادة البناء. والتنمية في فترة ما بعد الصراع.
