اختتم المنتخب السعودي لكرة اليد لدرجة الناشئين، مواليد (2006)م، تجاربه الودية استعداداً للمشاركة في البطولة الآسيوية الـ (10)، والتي تستضيفها الأردن خلال الفترة من الـ (3) وحتى الـ (14) من شهر سبتمبر (2024)م، بالتعادل مع نظيره التونسي، بنتيجة (25-25)، في المباراة التي جمعتهما مساء اليوم السبت، بمعسكره المقام حاليًا في تونس.
قدم لاعبو الأخضر الناشئ مباراة فنية متوازنة، حيث تأخر المنتخب السعودي في الشوط الأول بنتيجة (14-11)، قبل أن يعود في الشوط الثاني ويعوض فارق الثلاثة أهداف وينهي المباراة بالتعادل.
يذكر أن الودية الأولى بين المنتخبين قد انتهت بانتصار المنتخب السعودي بنتيجة (26-25)، ومن المقرر أن تعود بعثة الأخضر الناشئ إلى أرض الوطن غداً الأحد بعد ختام معسكر تونس، ثم تسافر إلى الأردن للمشاركة في البطولة الآسيوية.
