كشف تقرير لوزارة التضامن الاجتماعي أن المبادرة الرئاسية “مصر بلا غرامات” ساهمت في تحرير 5784 غرامة بتكلفة 224 مليون جنيه من عام 2020 حتى 2023، فضلا عن تشكيل لجنة وطنية لوضع المعايير والمواصفات وخطة حوكمة النظام وشروط إطلاق سراحهم ودعمهم اقتصاديا، كما تم فتح حساب موحد لدعم الغرامات. وربطها بجوانب الزكاة والصدقات.
وكذلك إنشاء منصة إلكترونية للمدينين والمدينين بهدف حصرهم بقاعدة بيانات موحدة تكون مرئية لجميع الوزارات المعنية، فضلا عن التشبيك مع النيابة العامة للتعاون في إثبات الديون والإفراج الفوري عند السداد.
استعرضت الدكتورة نيفين القباج وزيرة التضامن الاجتماعي، إنجازات ملفات الوزارة، وبرامج الحماية الاجتماعية، وصندوق مكافحة وعلاج الإدمان، وبنك ناصر الاجتماعي من عام 2014 حتى عام 2023، لافتة إلى أن المحاور التي تعمل عليها الوزارة التضامن الذي نعمل عليه لا يقتصر على الحماية الاجتماعية فقط، فالحماية الاجتماعية هي مجموعة من الإجراءات والمزايا التي توفر للمواطن الحد الأدنى من الدخل الشهري لا تعني التوقف عن العمل، وليس كل من يتلقى الدعم يمكنه الانتقال إلى النمو لأن هناك مجموعات الذين لا يستطيعون العمل، فكان لا بد من أن يكونوا مؤهلين بدرجة كافية للانتقال من التضامن إلى وكالة تنمية المشاريع، ونحن لا نعمل. في الريف فقط ورغم أن مشاريعنا تتركز في الريف إلا أننا نعمل في الريف والحضر والمناطق الصحراوية.
وأضاف الوزير عام 2014 أن العدالة الاجتماعية مطلب أساسي للشعب ولذلك وضعته الحكومة في مقدمة أولوياتها وبدأت في إقرار سياسات الحماية الاجتماعية لجميع فئات الشعب لمن هم أكثر استحقاقاً للرعاية. لأنها حقوق، وتم تنفيذ السياسات لجميع فئات الشعب وخصصت الميزانيات ووصلت ميزانية التضامن إلى ميزانية لم تصل إليها من قبل. في عهد الرئيس السيسي الذي كان دائما يوجه الاهتمام للفقراء والفئات الأكثر رعاية، وجزء من هذه الحماية هو الاستثمار في الناس وما نستثمره فيهم سوف نستثمره في البلاد.
