“ما حكم كشف وجه الميت عند الدفن وعند وضعه في القبر؟”.. سؤال وردته دار الإفتاء المصرية عبر موقعها الرسمي، وكان ردها كالآتي:
“ويستحب كشف الوجه الأيمن للميت ووضع خده على الأرض، مع المبالغة في الخضوع والخضوع، وإظهار الخنوع، وهو ما يليق بالعبد الضعيف في هذه الحالة. “والأمر في ذلك واسع، وينبغي مراعاة عادات الناس، واتباع عادات الناس في دفن موتاهم، وذلك موافق للشرع ومنفعة للميت”.
وأوضحت دار الإفتاء أن السنة التي طبقت عليها أن يوضع الميت في قبره عن يمينه، ووجهه نحو القبلة، ويقول الذي يضعها: بسم الله وفي الدين رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ويحل الكفن . وأوصى العلماء بأن يوسّد رأس الميت بالطوب أو الحجر أو التراب، على أن يكون خده الأيمن مواجهاً للطوب. ونحو ذلك بعد رفع الكفن عن خده ووضعه على التراب.
وعن عمر رضي الله عنه أنه قال: «إذا أنزلتني إلى القبر، فافاض خدي في التراب». وأوصى بعض العلماء بنزع القلادة عنه وإبراز خده من الكفن.
ومن هذا يتبين أن ما ينكشف من وجه الميت بعد وضعه في قبره هو خده الأيمن الذي يوضع على اللبن أو التراب.
