وزيرا خارجية السعودية وأمريكا يبحثان خطورة التصعيد العسكرى فى غزة
وبحث وزير الخارجية السعودي الأمير فيصل بن فرحان، ووزير الخارجية الأمريكي أنتوني بلينكن، خلال اتصال هاتفي اليوم، خطورة استمرار التصعيد العسكري في غزة ومحيطها، وضرورة العمل على إيجاد السبل اللازمة لنزع فتيل التوتر. وأن يتضافر المجتمع الدولي للتخفيف من تداعيات هذه الأزمة بما يسهم في الحفاظ على السلم والأمن الدوليين.
كما ناقش الجانبان التطورات على الساحتين الإقليمية والدولية، والجهود المبذولة في هذا الشأن.
واستقبل فيصل بن فرحان، أمس، في مكتب الوزارة بالرياض، وزير الخارجية الأمريكي أنتوني بلينكن، وأكد وزير الخارجية رفض المملكة القاطع لدعوات التهجير القسري للشعب الفلسطيني من غزة، معرباً عن إدانته لاستهداف المدنيين في غزة. على أي حال.
وشدد على مطالبة المملكة بالوقف الفوري لإطلاق النار في غزة ومحيطها، ورفع الحصار عن القطاع بما يتوافق مع القانون الدولي، والعمل على ضمان دخول المساعدات الإنسانية العاجلة، مثل الغذاء والدواء، والحاجة إليها. لبذل جهد جماعي سريع لوقف دوامة العنف المستمرة، وكافة أشكال التصعيد العسكري ضد المدنيين لمنع وقوع كارثة إنسانية.
وأوضح أن الأولوية الآن هي العمل على منع سقوط المزيد من المدنيين الأبرياء نتيجة دوامة العنف المستمرة، وشدد على ضرورة التزام إسرائيل بالقانون الإنساني الدولي، وأن أي تصرفات تتعارض مع القانون الدولي والقانون الدولي. وسيؤدي القانون الإنساني إلى تفاقم عمق الأزمة الحالية وزيادة المعاناة في تلك المنطقة.
