تدور الأحداث حول صابر، التاجر الثري الذي يقع في حب الفتاة الصغيرة ثريا. نجله شريف يرفض العلاقة ويتنبأ لها بالفشل. التاجر يتزوج ثريا والزواج بين يديها. يخرج شريف من منزل والده ويعمل في ورشة لتصليح السيارات. يقع شريف في حب ليلى ابنة صاحب الورشة. ثريا تستولي على العقار. ثم طلقته ثروة صابر. شريف يلتقي بثريا ويسعى للانتقام من والده.
