انعدام الشهية العصبى اضطراب نفسى يتطلب العلاج.. أهم الأعراض
يعد فقدان الشهية العصبي من أشهر الاضطرابات النفسية، ويصنف من أهم وأبرز اضطرابات الأكل بشكل خاص. بعض الاضطرابات النفسية تؤثر بشكل مباشر على طبيعة تناول المريض للطعام واختياراته الغذائية.
وفي هذا الصدد، قال الدكتور جمال فرويز استشاري الطب النفسي بجامعة عين شمس، إن مرض فقدان الشهية العصبي، أو الفقدان الكامل للشهية، يصنف من أخطر اضطرابات الأكل. وهو منتشر عند النساء أكثر من الرجال، حيث تعاني المرأة خلاله من حالة الرفض التام للطعام وتجنب أي اضطراب غذائي. التجمعات قد تجبرها على تناول أي طعام. تشعر بالخوف عندما ترى الطعام، فلا شهية لها ولا تشعر بما نشعر به من وقت لآخر بالجوع.
ولهذا الاضطراب العديد من الأعراض المختلفة التي تؤكد الإصابة به، وتختلف شدتها من حالة إلى أخرى:
– انعدام الشهية بشكل كامل، وانعدام الشعور بالجوع أو الرغبة في تناول الطعام بشكل كامل. وقد تمر أيام دون تناول وجبة واحدة كاملة.
– تعاني من نظرة مشوهة للطعام، فترى وجبات صغيرة وكمية وكأنها جبل من الطعام.
– تشعر بالفزع والخوف والقلق بمجرد رؤية كميات كبيرة وأنواع مختلفة من الطعام.
تعاني من تشوه في نظرتها لنفسها وجسدها. تنظر في المرآة فترى نفسها ثقيلة وبدينة على عكس الواقع.
– الامتناع عن الأكل لدرجة الانهيار والإغماء المتكرر.
يبدأ الشعر الأصفر بالظهور في جميع أنحاء الجسم، حتى الوجه، بدلاً من الشعر الطبيعي البني أو الأسود.
– دورتها الشهرية مضطربة تماماً، وكميتها أقل من المعتاد، حتى تصبح مجرد بقع قليلة كل شهر أو عدة أشهر، وقد تتوقف تماماً.
-اضطراب شديد في جميع هرمونات الجسم.
وأضاف استشاري الطب النفسي أن هذا النوع من المرضى الذين يعانون من هذا الاضطراب يرفضون العلاج بعنف ولا يعترفون بمشكلتهم أبدًا. ويجب أن يحصلوا على مساعدة أحد المقربين منهم لإقناعهم بالحصول على العلاج. العلاج يكون بجلسات سلوكية وأدوية متخصصة للحالة، وفي أغلب الأحيان يتم داخل مستشفيات الطب النفسي لمحاولة السيطرة على هذا الاضطراب. وخاصة في المراحل المتأخرة.
