حملات تموينية مكثفة علي المخابز خلال أيام العيد بمحافظة البحيرة

أكدت الدكتورة/ نهال بلبع – نائب محافظ البحيرة على ضرورة إحكام الرقابة على كافة المخابز البلدية بنطاق المحافظة والأسواق والمصانع الغير مرخصة خلال فترة الأجازات والعطلات الرسمية لمكافحة الغش التجاري وضبط السلع مجهولة المصدر ورديئة الصنع، ومنتهية الصلاحية، مع إتخاذ كافة الإجراءات اللازمة حيال المخالفين.
هذا وقد قامت مديرية التموين والتجارة الداخلية برئاسة ا/ محمد عبد العال – مدير المديرية ، بتنفيذ عدة حملات تموينية على المخابز البلدية وبمتابعة ا/ سمير البلكيمي وكيل المديرية
أسفرت تلك الحملات عن:
بمركزى حوش عيسى ووادى النطرون تم ضبط مخبزين قاما بإنتاج خبز غير مطابق للمواصفات ومخبزين قاما بإنتاج خبز ناقص الوزن كما تم تحرير 3 محاضر لعدم الإعلان عن الأسعار و 3 محاضر لعدم نظافة أدوات العجين.
وبمركزى كوم حمادة وبدر تم ضبط مخبز تصرف فى 12شيكارة دقيق بلدى مدعم و مخبز قام بانتاج خبز ناقص الوزن بمقدار 24جرام بالرغيف الواحد وجارى تطبيق لائحة الجزاءات عليه وغلقه لمدة شهر مع توفير حصة الخبز للمواطنين و10مخابز بلدية لإنتاجهم خبز ناقص الوزن و مخبز لإنتاجه خبز غير مطابق للمواصفات كما تم تحرير محضرين توقف عن الإنتاج وعدم نظافة أدوات العجين.
كما تمكنت إدارة تموين إيتاى البارود من ضبط 4 مخابز لإنتاجهم خبز ناقص الوزن و 6 مخابز توقفوا عن الإنتاج بدون إذن كما تم تحرير 7
محاضر لعدم الإعلان عن الأسعار.
وتم إتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية حيال المخالفين.
