ألمانيا تعيد تنشيط ثلاثة مصانع للفحم استعدادا لفصل الشتاء
وسمحت وزارة الاقتصاد الألمانية بإعادة تنشيط ثلاث محطات تعمل بالفحم لضمان إمدادات الطاقة هذا الشتاء، بحسب ما ذكرت صحيفة لا بوز دي غاليسيا الإسبانية.
وأشارت الصحيفة إلى أن الحكومة، التي شكلها ائتلاف من الديمقراطيين الاشتراكيين والليبراليين ونشطاء البيئة، اختارت حرق المزيد من المعادن لتوفير الغاز في الأشهر الباردة. الهيدروكربون مدرج في السوق الهولندية (تي تي إف) ، المؤشر في أوروبا بسعر 37 يورو لكل ميجاوات ساعة (ميغاواط ساعة) بعيدًا عن مستوى 300 يورو تقريبًا الذي أغلق عنده عند ذروته التاريخية في 26 أغسطس 2022، بسبب انخفاض الإمدادات الروسية من الغاز الطبيعي.
وبحسب السلطات الألمانية فإن هذه المصانع تابعة لشركتي آر دبليو إي إيه جي وليج، ستكون متاحة لتلبية الطلب في أوقات الذروة، عندما يحدث انقطاع أو انقطاع للتيار الكهربائي. منذ أبريل الماضي، لم يعد لدى البلاد مصدر توليد احتياطي لتغطية انقطاع مصادر الطاقة المتجددة لأن الحكومة أصدرت قرارًا بإغلاق آخر المفاعلات النووية التي كانت لا تزال قيد التشغيل، مما يحد من بدائل الطاقة ويضر بأمن الإمدادات.
