الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة يدين الهجوم على مستشفى "المعمدانى" بغزة
أدان الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة أنطونيو غوتيريش، المجزرة الإسرائيلية التي ارتكبت في المستشفى المعمداني الوطني في قطاع غزة، والتي أدت إلى مقتل ما لا يقل عن 500 شخص، معظمهم من الأطفال والنساء.
وكتب غوتيريش في رسالة عبر حسابه على منصة “إكس”: “أشعر بالفزع من مقتل مئات المدنيين الفلسطينيين في الهجوم الذي وقع اليوم على مستشفى (الممداني) في قطاع غزة، والذي أدينه بشدة”. . قلبي مع عائلات الضحايا”.
وأضاف: “المستشفيات والطواقم الطبية محمية بموجب القانون الإنساني الدولي”.
كما أدان الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة الهجوم على مدرسة تابعة للأونروا في قطاع غزة، والذي أدى إلى مقتل ستة أشخاص على الأقل.
وفي السياق ذاته، دعا مفوض الأمم المتحدة السامي لحقوق الإنسان فولكر تورك، في جنيف، إلى تقديم المسؤولين عن تدمير المستشفى العربي الوطني (المعمداني) في غزة إلى العدالة.
استهدفت طائرات جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، الثلاثاء، مستشفى الممداني الذي يؤوي العديد من المواطنين النازحين من منازلهم بحثاً عن الأمان، بعدد من الصواريخ، مخلفة أكثر من 1000 قتيل وعشرات الجرحى في مجزرة دموية جديدة.
وأكد مستشفى الشفاء أن معظم ضحايا الغارة الإسرائيلية على المستشفى المعمداني هم من الأطفال والنساء، وأنهم تحولوا إلى أشلاء.
