لماذا تأخر رد الفعل الاسرائيلى ٧ ساعات على طوفان الاقصى؟. يواجه قادة إسرائيل عاصفة من الانتقادات من شعب إسرائيل نتيجة للهزيمة من هجوم الفلسطينيين على غلاف غزة يوم ٧ أكتوبر مذكرينهم بهزيمتهم من الجيش المصرى منذ ٥٠ عاما يوم ٦ أكتوبر. ويحمل ٨٠٪ من الاسرائيليين نتنياهو سبب هذه الهزيمة من شعب أعزل محاصر منذ ١٧ عاما. ويدعى البعض فى إسرائيل أنه تم نزع سلاح المستوطنين فى غلاف غزة أول سبتمبر الماضى. وتعتمد إسرائيل فى حماية السور حول غزة الى نظام الكترونى من شركة بيجاسوس والذى يبلغ الكترونيا مركز التحكم والسيطرة عن أى إختراق للسور. وذلك بالاضافة الى سور سلك والغام بالطبع. ويوجد فى مركز التحكم بعض السيدات والبنات (Command and control center). وحدث تشويش سيبرانى على إسرائيليون ٧ أكتوبر تدعى أنه من إيران ، لكن غالبا هو من قطاع غزة. وهو من السهل حدوث ذلك بدخول الالاف مرة واحدة على موقع بيجاسوس فيتوقف عن العمل كما يحدث فى البنوك المصرية يوميا من دخول المئات عليه للخدمة وقول الموظفون أن السيستم وقع بدون تفسير لماذا؟. وقد ظل الفلسطينيون يهاجمون مستوطنات غزة سبع ساعات من ٧ صباحا يوم ٧ أكتوبر الماضى وأخذوا حوالى ٢٥٠ رهينة . وحركوا سيارات نصف نقل ودراجات بخارية . وكل ذلك بدون أى مقاومة على الاطلاق. ولو كان يوجد كفاءة من أى نوع كانت إنطلقت طائرة هليوكبتر فى خلال دقائق لمقاومة هذا الاختراق وأفسدته. وقد أخترق السور من خلال ٥٠ نقطة فيه. هل تحتاج إسرائيل لنظام مساعد لهذا الانذار الالكترونى؟ والمصريون الفراعنة هم من إبتكروا أول وسيلة بالاتصال السريع للابلاغ عن الاخطار. وذلك بالاعلام ذات الالوان المختلفة على قباب عالية بحيث ترى كل برج مراقبة الاخرى وفى خلال دقائق تصل الرسالة من الحدود المصرية لمركز إتخاذ القرار. ثم أتبعت دول العالم نظام الحمام الزاجل غالبا من أكثر من الف عام. فهل تحتاج إسرائيل لمثل تلك الانظمة الآن؟. د مدحت خفاجى. حزب الوفد. الحق فوق القوة والامة فوق الحكومة. سعد زغلول
