محطات قضية النصب على الفنان صبرى عبد المنعم.. من حبس المتهمين حتى البراءة
أسدلت محكمة استئناف المقطم، المنعقدة بمحكمة جنوب القاهرة، أمس الثلاثاء، الستار على قضية الاحتيال على الفنان صبري عبد المنعم، والتي أصدرت حكمها بقبول الطعن المقدم من المتهمين بالاحتيال على الفنان صبري عبد المنعم. ضد حبسهما سنتين مع الشغل وبراءة جميع المتهمين في القضية لصحة العقود والتوكيلات. .

تفاصيل الحادثة
بدأت الواقعة بتوجيه الفنان صبري عبد المنعم اتهامات لأحد الشعراء مع 9 آخرين بالاحتيال عليه، بعد أن قدم المتهم الأول له المتهمين الـ9 كممثلين لإحدى شركات الاستثمار العقاري وأنهم على استعداد شراء وحدتين سكنيتين مملوكتين له، خاصة أنه عرضهما للبيع.
وتم تحديد موعد بين الطرفين وتم الاتفاق على شراء الوحدات السكنية بمبلغ 36 ألف دولار. وكتبوا له شيكًا بنكيًا بالمبلغ، وقام بتوقيع عقد بيع الوحدتين. وحرر توكيلا للمتهمة الأولى ببيع الوحدتين لنفسها ولغيرها، وأودع الشيك في حسابه بأحد البنوك للتحصيل.
تفاجأ الفنان صبري عبد المنعم بعد شهرين في البنك بإخباره أن الشيك مزور، مما جعله يتصل بالوسيط ليخبره بما حدث ويطلب منه مرافقته للإدلاء بشهادته والإبلاغ عن الواقعة. وقام صديقه الذي قدمه للمتهم، بإغلاق هاتفه بعد حصوله على شيكات منه مقابل سمسارته بمبلغ مليون و800 ألف. جنية.
واتهم عبد المنعم المتهمين العشرة بتشكيل عصابة لخداع المواطنين والنصب والاحتيال. وأحالتهم النيابة إلى المحاكمة الجنائية.
وكشف دفاع الفنان صبري عبد المنعم في تصريحات لـ”اليوم السابع”، أنه خلال فترة الحبس توفي المتهم الأول داخل محبسها، وحددت جلسة 25 يوليو الماضي لنظر أولى جلسات محاكمة المتهمين بالجرم المشهود. الاحتيال على الفنان صبري عبد المنعم.
وعقب الجلسة الرابعة قضت محكمة جنح المقطم بحبس المتهمين بالاحتيال على الفنان صبري عبد المنعم لمدة عامين. واستأنف المتهمون الحكم الصادر ضدهم، وقبلت المحكمة الاستئناف وبرأت جميع المتهمين.
