بنك ناصر يوقع بروتوكول تعاون مع المصري الخليجي لاستثمار قطعة أرض على كورنيش النيل
شهدت الدكتورة نيفين القباج وزيرة التضامن الاجتماعي ورئيس مجلس إدارة بنك ناصر الاجتماعي، توقيع بروتوكول تعاون بين بنك ناصر الاجتماعي والبنك المصري الخليجي، وقعه محمد عبد الفضيل، نائب رئيس مجلس الإدارة عضو مجلس إدارة بنك ناصر الاجتماعي للأعمال المصرفية والاستثمارية والمشاريع والشؤون المالية والتجارية والائتمانية. نضال عصر نائب رئيس مجلس الإدارة والعضو المنتدب للبنك المصري الخليجي.
ويهدف البروتوكول إلى إدارة واستثمار قطعة الأرض المملوكة للجانبين والواقعة على كورنيش النيل القسم الساحلي.
وأشادت وزيرة التضامن الاجتماعي بجهود القطاع المصرفي المصري ودوره في الفترة الحالية في دعم الاقتصاد المصري ومساهمته في جذب وبناء شراكات استثمارية كبرى، موضحة أن توقيع الاتفاقية يأتي نظرا للموقع المتميز. من قطعة الأرض والسعي لتحقيق الاستغلال الأمثل لها وتحقيق أعلى وأفضل عائد منها من خلال طرحها للبيع لكبار المواطنين. المستثمرون من خلال المناقصات العامة أو الدخول في شراكة استثمارية مع كبار المستثمرين والمطورين العقاريين لإنشاء مشروع استثماري.
وأشاد القباج بالجهود التي بذلها فريق العمل في بنك ناصر الاجتماعي بقيادة نائب رئيس مجلس إدارة بنك ناصر الاجتماعي للشؤون المصرفية والاستثمارية والمشاريع والشؤون المالية والتجارية والائتمانية من أجل التوصل إلى هذه الاتفاقية. مع البنك المصري الخليجي مما سينتج عنه عدد من المشروعات التنموية خلال الفترة المقبلة.
