زوج فى دعوى نشوز: زوجتى رفضت تنفيذ حكم الرؤيا طوال 18 شهرا
“منذ عام ونصف – وهي الفترة التي تركتني فيها – وأنا أحاول الحصول على موافقة زوجتي حتى تسمح لي بالتواصل مع أطفالي، دون جدوى. ورغم حصولها على مبالغ مالية تتجاوز عشرات الآلاف شهرياً منذ خروجها من المنزل، إلا أنها ترفض تنفيذ الأحكام القضائية لصالحي”.
كلام جاء من أحد الأزواج وهو يشتكي من زوجته. واتهمها بالتخلي عنه وعصيانه. وطالبها بدفع تعويض مالي قدره 300 ألف جنيه أمام دائرة التعويضات بمحكمة مصر الجديدة. كما طالب بإثبات عصيانها في دعوى منفصلة أمام محكمة الأسرة.
وتابع الزوج: “منذ 18 شهرا رفضت زوجتي تنفيذ حكم الرؤية، واستمرت في سبي وقذفي وتحصيل النفقات غير المستحقة. وعندما صدر ضدي حكم طاعة رفضت أيضا تنفيذه واعترضت عليه، وبعد صدور قرار برفض الاعتراض أصرت على عدم تنفيذه والعودة إلى المنزل، وتركتني أعاني بسببي وحرمان عائلتي”. من التواصل مع عائلتي، وهو ما دفعني لمواجهة تصرفاتها المجنونة وإجبارها على دفع تعويض كبير لي، إضافة إلى فقدانها حضانة أطفالي بسبب تعسفها”.
وأكد الزوج ادعائه: “لقد دمرت حياتي وعاملتني معاملة سيئة. عشت في الجحيم الفترة الماضية، وعندما هددتها بالانفصال والطلاق، ثارت واستولت على المنقولات. بالإضافة إلى ملاحقتها لي بدعوى السجن، لا أستطيع أن أعرف ماذا تريد مني. تتركني معلقة. إنها لا تريد الطلاق، كما أنها لا تريد العودة إلى المنزل”. “الزوجية.”
وتابع: قدمت المستندات التي تثبت صحة موقفي وأنني لم أتأخر في تنفيذ طلباتها طوال سنوات الزواج من قائمة بكامل الممتلكات التي اشتريتها، والهدايا حتى بعد خروجها من بيت الزوجية، بالإضافة إلى ذلك. إلى المصاريف الشهرية الكبيرة، لكنها استغلتني وصادرت أموالي.
