الأسد يصدر مرسوما يخص المكلفين بالخدمة العسكرية الاحتياطية ممن بلغوا سن الـ40
أصدر الرئيس السوري بشار الأسد مرسوماً تشريعياً يسمح للمكلفين بالخدمة الاحتياطية ممن بلغوا سن الأربعين ولم يلتحقوا بعد، بصرف بدل نقدي عن الخدمة القانونية في الخدمة الاحتياطية.
وبحسب نص المرسوم التشريعي فقد بلغت قيمة البدل النقدي البديل للخدمة القانونية في الخدمة الاحتياطية 4800 دولار أمريكي أو ما يعادله بالعملة السورية.
وقال حساب الرئاسة السورية على “تلغرام” إن المرسوم يأتي في إطار “تنظيم حالة الاستعداد القتالي في صفوف قواتنا المسلحة”، وأيضاً “التقييم المستمر لأعداد المكلفين بالخدمة الاحتياطية وارتباطها المباشر بالميدان”. الظروف ونسبة الملتحقين بالخدمة الإلزامية”.
كما سمح المرسوم لكل من التحق بالخدمة الاحتياطية وبلغ سن الأربعين وما زال يؤدي خدمته بدفع البدل النقدي المذكور، على أن يتم استقطاع مبلغ 200 دولار أمريكي أو ما يعادله بالليرة السورية عن كل شهر يتم تجنيده فيه. أدى خدمته الاحتياطية.
