طيب عيون يحذر من أضرار خطيرة من أستخدام الموبيل بطريقة خاطئه

حذر الدكتور مصطفى هدهود أخصائى طب وجراحة العيون من الأضرار التى تعود على أستخدام الموبيل بطريقة خاطئه حيث يؤثر بالسلب على صحة العين وذلك من خلال الأفراط فى أستخدام الهاتف المحمول حيث تتطلب مجهود كبيرا على عضلات العين
واوضح اخصائى طب وجراحة العيون تاثير كثرة أستخدام الهاتف على صحة العين ومنها:
ضعف إبصار لشبكية العين، ارتفاع في ضغط العين بما يسمى مرض «جلوكوما» بسبب كثرة التركيز،تؤثر هذه العادة لكبار السن إلى الإصابة بالمياة البيضاء للعين، حالات الصرع
وأضاف ايضا استخدام الهواتف المحمولة في الأماكن المظلمة، وتزداد فرص حدوث هذه الأضرار الصحية في حال الإكثار من استخدام الهواتف المحمولة في الظلام ؛ إذ تكون إضاءة الهاتف شديدة ومُركزة على العين، ما يسبب إجهادها، وبالتالي زيادة التأثيرات السلبية مع مرور الوقت.
ولتفادي كل هذه الأضرار، نصح «مصطفى» مَن يعتمدون على استخدام الهواتف المحمولة بدرجة كبيرة في عملهم، بأخذ استراحة من وقت لآخر، على ألا يزيد استخدام الهاتف بشكل مستمر عن 54 دقيقة.
