نفذت الوحدات المحلية بمحافظة الإسماعيلية، اليوم السبت، عدة حملات واسعة النطاق. إزالة التعديات على الأراضي الزراعية، بالتعاون والتنسيق مع قوات حفظ القانون والجمعية الزراعية وعدد كبير من القيادات الأمنية والتنفيذية..
أسفرت حملات اليوم عن إزالة 20 حالة تعدي على أرض زراعية بمساحة 7 قيراط. وكانت التعديات عبارة عن أسوار ومباني غير مكتملة وغير مأهولة. وتم إزالة جميع الحالات المذكورة بشكل كامل واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة بحق المخالفين..
أكد اللواء شريف فهمي بشارة، محافظ الإسماعيلية، أنه لن يسمح بأي تقاعس أو تهاون في مواجهة التعديات على الأراضي الزراعية، وسيتعامل بكل حزم مع أي تعديات على الأراضي الزراعية، واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة ضد المتعدي وكل من يثبت عليه. للانخراط، مشيراً إلى أن الدولة لديها كافة أجهزتها. الإدارتان الأمنية والتنفيذية تتصديان بحزم لكل من يتجرأ على التعدي على الأراضي الزراعية باعتبارها حق أصيل للأجيال القادمة من خلال توفير الأمن الغذائي..
وكان محافظ الإسماعيلية قد وجه رؤساء المراكز والمدن بعدم السماح بأي تعديات على المساحة الزراعية والحفاظ عليها والتواجد على مدار الساعة لرصد أي مخالفات وإبلاغ غرفة الأزمات والزراعة لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة. بحق المخالفين وإزالتهم فوراً، مشيراً إلى متابعته المستمرة والميدانية لتطورات التعديات والمخالفات، من خلال تقارير يومية، على أن تتم محاسبة كل من يثبت تقصيره أو تقصيره في أداء وظيفته، مشيراً إلى أنه سيتم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية. بحق المخالفين وفقا للقوانين المنظمة لذلك.
