الجريدة الرسمية تنشر قرار محافظ الدقهلية بتعديل المخطط التفصيلى لقرية طبنوها
نشرت الجريدة الرسمية قرار الدكتور أيمن مختار محافظ الدقهلية قرار رقم 530 لسنة 2023 بتعديل المخطط التفصيلي لقرية طبنوها التابعة لمركز نبروة والذي جاء فيه أنه بعد الاطلاع على الدستور والقانون رقم 43 وعلى القانون رقم 1979 في شأن إصدار قانون نظام الإدارة المحلية ولائحته التنفيذية وتعديلاتهما، والقانون رقم 119 لسنة 2008 في شأن قانون البناء ولائحته التنفيذية وتعديلاتهما، ومحضر اجتماع اللجنة العليا للتخطيط والتخطيط التطوير العمراني المشكلة بقرار المحافظ رقم 271 لسنة 2015.
ونصت المادة الأولى على تعديل المخططات التفصيلية لقرية طبنوها – مركز نبروة على النحو التالي: يلغى الشارعين رقم (1 و 2) ويضم الشارع رقم (3) بعرض 6 أمتار، و سيتم تغيير الاستخدام من السكني المقترح إلى الترفيهي، ليكون متوافقًا مع ما يعتمد على الطبيعة. حفاظاً على الملكية الخاصة مع الالتزام بتنفيذ اشتراطات البناء والتخطيط الواردة في المخطط التفصيلي المعتمد للمنطقة وأحكام القانون رقم 119 لسنة 2008 ولائحته التنفيذية وتعديلاته، وبما لا يخالف تتعارض مع الخطة الإستراتيجية المعتمدة.
ونصت المادة الثانية على أن محضر اجتماع اللجنة العليا للتخطيط والتطوير العمراني يعتبر مكملاً للقرار ما لم يرد في هذا القرار.
المادة الثالثة: على جميع الجهات المختصة تنفيذ هذا القرار، كل فيما يخصه، ويعمل به من تاريخ صدوره.
