تحصين 270 ألف رأس ماشية للوقاية من الحمى القلاعية والوادي المتصدع بالمنيا
قال الدكتور فتحي عبد العال مدير مديرية الطب البيطري بالمنيا، إنه في إطار الحملة القومية للتطعيم ضد مرضى الحمى القلاعية وحمى الوادي المتصدع والتي بدأت عملها يوم 19 نوفمبر الجاري، 2023 قامت المديرية من خلال 120 لجنة فرعية و4 لجان مركزية خلال الأسابيع الأربعة الماضية من الحملة وحتى 24 ديسمبر بتطعيم 270 ألف رأس من الماشية – أبقار وجاموس وأغنام وماعز، وترقيم وتسجيل 13 ألف رأس من الماشية. قد تلاحظ زيادة في عدد الرؤوس الملقحة مقارنة بالعام السابق.
وأشار مدير المديرية إلى أن المديرية قامت بزيارات ميدانية للقرى في كافة مراكز ومدن المحافظة للتوعية بأهمية التطعيم ضد مرض الحمى القلاعية وحمى الوادي المتصدع. وتم عقد 223 ندوة وجولة إرشادية وتسيير سيارات إرشادية متنقلة بين القرى لتعريف المربين بالمرض وأعراضه ومدى خطورته على الثروة الحيوانية وأهمية التطعيم. بشكل دوري لتجنب إصابة الحيوانات بالأمراض وتقليل الخسائر الناتجة عنها.
وأضاف مدير مديرية الطب البيطري أن لجان التطعيم بدأت عملها في المقار المعدة لها أو بالانتقال إلى المربين في منازلهم لتطعيم الحيوانات وعددها، مشيداً باهتمام المواطنين بالحملة نظراً لتزايد مستلزماتهم البيطرية. والتوعية بخطورة المرض والأهمية القصوى للتطعيم لتحقيق أهداف الحملة الوطنية للحفاظ على الثروة الحيوانية في المحافظة وزيادة إنتاجيتها..
