احذر .. رقم يشير إلى إصابتك بمرض السكر من التحليل التراكمى
قال الدكتور أحمد السنهوري أخصائي الأمراض الباطنة والسكري والغدد الصماء بالمعهد القومي للسكري، إن السكر التراكمي هو تحليل يحدد مستوى السكر في الدم خلال الثلاثة أشهر الماضية ويجب أن يقوم به طبيب السكر المريض بشكل دوري.
وأوضح السنهوري، في تصريح لـ«اليوم السابع»، أن مستوى السكر التراكمي المثالي في الدم أقل من 5.7، وأقل من هذه النسبة لا يكون الشخص مصابا بالسكري على الإطلاق أو مريض سكر «مضبوط» نسبة السكر في دمه. مع الأدوية.
وأشار الدكتور أحمد السنهوري إلى شرطين يتسببان في ارتفاع مستوى السكر التراكمي عن 5.7 وهما:
– الحالة الأولى: إذا كان مستوى السكر التراكمي في الدم يتراوح من 5.7 إلى 6.4 فهذه حالة تسمى مقدمات السكري.
– في الحالة الثانية، إذا كان مستوى السكر التراكمي في الدم أعلى من 6.4، ففي هذه الحالة يعتبر الشخص مريض سكر.
وأوضح أن تحليل السكر التراكمي في الدم أفضل من تحليل السكر العشوائي في الدم لأن سكر الدم التراكمي يكشف مستوى السكر في الدم على مدى 3 أشهر، ويكشف ما إذا كانت نسبة السكر في دم الشخص تتقلب بين الارتفاع والانخفاض على عكس السكر العشوائي. الذي يقيس مستوى السكر في الدم لفترة قصيرة.
وحذر من ارتفاع نسبة السكر التراكمي في الدم لأنه يسبب مضاعفات، موضحا أن هناك دراسة حديثة أثبتت أن هناك علاقة بين نسبة السكر التراكمي في دم المريض وحدوث المضاعفات، وذلك مع انخفاض كمية السكر في الدم. نسبة السكر التراكمي في الدم، فتقل نسبة حدوث المضاعفات كالوفيات، والنوبات القلبية، وتصلب الشرايين، كما تقلل من التعرض لبتر الأطراف. أو الوفاة بسبب الأوعية الدموية.
