ضبط طن و220 كجم لحوم وفراخ منتهية الصلاحية بأسوان
أطلقت إدارة مراقبة الأغذية بمديرية الصحة بأسوان، حملة بالتعاون مع جهاز حماية المستهلك ومديرية التموين لضبط الأغذية الفاسدة ومخالفات المحال التجارية. وتمكنت الحملة من ضبط 2 طن و220 كيلو جرام من اللحوم والدجاج غير الصالحة للاستهلاك الآدمي.
وأكد الدكتور مصطفى أبو المجد مدير عام الطب الوقائي بأسوان، في تصريحات صحفية، أن الحملة شملت سحب 11 عينة غذائية من اللحوم والدواجن، وتحرير 4 بلاغات جنح صحية متنوعة، مع التوصية بالإغلاق الإداري منشأتين مدارتين دون ترخيص وإتلاف 50 كيلوجراماً الأطعمة ذات الخصائص الطبيعية المتغيرة وغير الصالحة للاستهلاك البشري.
يأتي ذلك تنفيذًا لتعليمات محافظ أسوان بتكثيف الحملات التفتيشية والزيارات للأسواق، وتحت رعاية الدكتورة حنان أنور وكيل وزارة الصحة بأسوان، والدكتور مصطفى أبو المجد مدير من قسم الطب الوقائي.
