العراق.. سقوط طائرة تابعة للجيش فى كركوك بسبب خلل فنى واستشهاد قائدها
أعربت وزارة الدفاع العراقية، الأربعاء، عن تعازيها بوفاة ضابط برتبة نقيب، بعد أيام من إصابته في سقوط طائرة عسكرية في كركوك.
وذكرت الوزارة العراقية في بيان، أن “الكابتن طيار علاء سلمان داود توفي اليوم، متأثرا بجراحه نتيجة سقوط إحدى الطائرات التابعة لقيادة طيران الجيش أثناء قيامه بواجب نقل صناديق الاقتراع بعد انتهاء فترة الانتخابات”. انتخابات مجالس المحافظات وفور إقلاعها من مطار حلوة”. .
وكانت وزارة الدفاع قد قالت في وقت سابق، إنه أثناء تنفيذ واجب دعم ومساندة الخطة الأمنية لانتخابات مجالس المحافظات، وأثناء واجب نقل تشكيل مكون من طائرتين (بيل مدني)، حدث خلل فني في إحداهما. من الطائرات، مما أدى إلى سقوط الطائرة وتحطمها بعد إقلاعها من مطار حلوة. .
وبحسب بيان للوزارة حينها، فإن الحادث أدى إلى «استشهاد العقيد طيار مروان جلال قائد الطائرة».
