أعلن البيت الأبيض أن واشنطن ستقدم مساعدات لأوكرانيا بقيمة 20 مليون دولار، حسبما ذكرت قناة القاهرة الإخبارية في خبر عاجل.
من ناحية أخرى، أعلنت وكالة حرس الحدود البولندية، اليوم الأربعاء، وصول نحو 20400 لاجئ قادمين من أوكرانيا خلال الـ24 ساعة الماضية. وبذلك يصل إجمالي عدد الأوكرانيين الفارين إلى بولندا منذ فبراير 2022 إلى أكثر من 18 مليون شخص.
وذكرت إذاعة بولندا -في نشرتها الصادرة باللغة الإنجليزية- عن الوكالة أن نحو 17500 أوكراني غادروا بولندا أمس الثلاثاء متوجهين إلى بلادهم. وقد بلغ إجمالي عدد العائدين حتى الآن حوالي 16.3 مليون شخص.
في مارس 2022، أقرت بولندا مشروع قانون يوفر حزمة دعم للاجئين الأوكرانيين الفارين من بلادهم، ويمنحهم الإقامة القانونية ويضمن لهم الحق في الوصول إلى التعليم والرعاية الصحية والخدمات الاجتماعية.
