محافظ أسيوط: إزالة 5 حالات مخالفة بناء بحي شرق خلال حملات دورية
قال اللواء عصام سعد محافظ أسيوط إنه تم إزالة 5 حالات مخالفة بناء بنطاق حي شرق عقب رصدها خلال حملات دورية يتم شنها بناءًا على توجيهات الدكتور مصطفى مدبولي رئيس مجلس الوزراء واللواء هشام آمنة وزير التنمية المحلية لافتاً إلى أهمية التنسيق والتعاون بين كافة الجهات المعنية في هذا الشأن كـ (رؤساء المراكز والأحياء ومسئولي ادارات الإشغالات والخدمات وحماية الأراضي والجمعيات الزراعية وأملاك الدولة والبيئة والري وحماية النيل) لرصد ومنع أي تعديات وإيقاف البناء المخالف والتعامل بكل حزم لإزالة كافة أشكال التعديات وتطبيق القانون على المخالفين والتصدي للبناء المخالف والعشوائي مشيراً إلى اتخاذ كافة الإجراءات القانونية وتحرير المحاضر اللازمة حيال المخالفين والمتعدين على الأراضي الزراعية وأملاك الدولة أو أي بناء مخالف والتصدي لهم بكل حسم دون تهاون أو تقاعس على أن يتم متابعتها لعدم تكرار التعدي.
وفي هذا الإطار تم تنفيذ أعمال إزالة لتعديات بحي شرق تحت إشراف عبداللطيف فضالة رئيس الحي حيث تم إزالة سقف الدور الأول بشارع معمل الكتاكيت في منطقة الوليدية ، وإزالة سقف الدور الثالث العلوي تقسيم الحقوقيين شارع اليوسفي ، وإزالة أعمدة الدور الأول العلوي بجوار مسجد العمرين بمنطقة الوليدية ، وفك الشدة الخشبية لسقف الدور الخامس العلوي بشارع اسماعيل الشريف في منطقة الوليدية ، وفك الشدة الخشبية بالدور الثاني العلوي ومصادرة حديد البناء خلف مسجد الشهداء في منطقة نزلة عبداللاه فضلاً عن أعمده الدور الأول منطقة نزله عبداللاه خلف المدرسة الجديدة وذلك خلال حملات بمشاركة سيد عباس وعاصم ابراهيم نائبى رئيس الحى وفريق قسم الاشغالات والازالات.
