وصف النائب عصام دياب عضو لجنة الصناعة بمجلس النواب قرار الحكومة المصرية عدم غلق أي منشأة صناعية إلّا بقرار من وزير الصناعة وبعد العرض على رئيس الوزراء الدكتور مصطفى مدبولي، بالقرار غير المسبوق الذي يسهم بشكل كبير في النهوض العاجل بالصناعة المصرية ويرفع من معدلات الثقة في مناخ الاستثمار ويساعد في زيادة الصناع والمستثمرين لضخ الأموال في مجال الصناعة .
وأشار “دياب” الي أن الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي، وجه بأن تكون اللجنة المُشكلة بوزارة الصناعة برئاسة الهيئة العامة للتنمية الصناعية وعضوية كل (وزارة الصحة – وزارة البترول – وزارة البيئة – وزارة التنمية المحلية – وزارة الداخلية – وزارة الزراعة ــ وزارة العمل – اتحاد الصناعات المصرية – هيئة سلامة الغذاء – هيئة الدواء المصرية) هي الجهة الوحيدة المنوط بها التفتيش على المصانع ولا يسمح بالتفتيش لاي جهة بصورة منفردة أو من خلال أشخاص أو من خلال مفتشين من الجهات المعنية، وكذلك عدم غلق أي منشأة صناعية إلا بقرار من نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء للتنمية الصناعية وزير الصناعة والنقل بعد العرض على السيد الدكتور رئيس مجلس الوزراء .
وأضاف “دياب” أنه جارٍ حالياً العمل على تقنين أوضاع المصانع غير الرسمية لإدماجها في منظومة الاقتصاد الرسمي سيتم معاينتها من خلال لجنة التفتيش بالهيئة للوقوف من على سبل تقنينها ومعدلات تأثيرها على البيئة. إتاحة مزيد من الأراضي الصناعية لتلبية الطلب المتزايد من المستثمرين عليها، فضلاً عن تذليل جميع العقبات والتحديات التي تعيق عمل المستثمرين .
وأكد “دياب” على سعى مصر الدائم لتوطين الصناعة وتعميق المكون المحلي في الصناعات المختلفة في إطار سعيها لزيادة الصادرات السلعية خلال السنوات الخمس المقبلة إلى نحو 100 مليار دولار، والوصول بالقطاع الصناعي إلى 20% من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي مقارنة بـ16% في الوقت الحالي .
