طرح 40 قطعة أرض زراعية فى مزايدات علنية بالداخلة وبلاط الأسبوع المقبل
أعلنت محافظة الوادي الجديد طرح 40 قطعة أرض زراعية في المزادات العامة لتأجير مساحات مختلفة من الأراضي الصالحة للزراعة للمستثمرين على مستوى مركزي الداخلة وبلاط. وحددت جلسة المزاد يوم 17 أكتوبر من العام الجاري، وذلك ضمن خطة المحافظة لتوفير أفضل الفرص الاستثمارية للشركات والأفراد في القطاع الزراعي وفق الشروط المعلنة. – تقديم كافة التسهيلات الإجرائية في هذا الشأن.
وتم تحديد شروط تقديم العطاء بسحب المزايدة البالغة 341 جنيها، وإضافة 10 جنيهات لمطبعة الشرطة وخدمة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، ودفع مقدم أولي قدره 100 جنيه عن كل فدان قابلة للزيادة. إلى 10% عند ترسية المزاد. سيتم مراجعة العطاءات في مقر صندوق الأراضي بالمحافظة واختيار الأنسب منها. وستقام جلسات المزاد في موعدها بمقر مكتب المستشار ومفوض الدولة بديوان عام المحافظة، مشيراً إلى أن القانون رقم 182 لسنة 2018 ولائحته التنفيذية مكمل لهذا الإعلان.
