الإدارية العليا تبدأ استقبال الطعون على الانتخابات الرئاسية 27 أكتوبر
وتستقبل المحكمة الإدارية العليا الطعون المقدمة ضد الانتخابات الرئاسية يومي الجمعة 27 أكتوبر والسبت 28 أكتوبر 2023، وقيدها بجدول المحكمة على النحو المحدد في الفترة من الأحد 29 أكتوبر حتى الثلاثاء 7 نوفمبر 2023، وذلك لدورة 2023. المحكمة الإدارية العليا تفصل في الطعون المقدمة ضد الانتخابات الرئاسية، وتنشر ملخص الحكم في الجريدة الرسمية وصحيفة الجمهورية والأخبار على نفقة الخاسر من الاستئناف؛ جاء ذلك وفق الجدول الإجرائي والزمني الذي حددته الهيئة الوطنية للانتخابات.
أعلن رئيس الهيئة الوطنية للانتخابات المستشار وليد حمزة، أنه تم تحديد أيام (1، 2، 3) من ديسمبر المقبل موعدا لإجراء الانتخابات الرئاسية خارج مصر، على أن تجري العملية الانتخابية داخل مصر يوم الأيام (10، 11، 12) من نفس الشهر.
يُشار إلى أن الهيئة الوطنية للانتخابات كانت قد أعلنت الجدول الزمني لإجراءات ومواعيد الانتخابات الرئاسية، والذي تضمن فتح باب الترشيح يوم 5 أكتوبر لمدة عشرة أيام تنتهي في 14 أكتوبر، على أن تتم عملية التصويت للمصريين بالخارج. وذلك أيام 1 و2 و3 ديسمبر، وداخل الانتخابات أيام 10 و11 و12 ديسمبر.
