تبدأ من 4 نوفمبر.. شروط التعيين بهيئة قضايا الدولة لخريجى كليات القانون دفعة 2023
وضعت هيئة قضايا الدولة عدة شروط لقبول طلبات التعيين على الدفعة الجديدة في وظيفة مساعد منتدب من خريجي كليات الحقوق والشريعة والقانون والشرطة من دفعة 2023. ويخضع التعيين في هذه الوظيفة للشروط العامة التي ينص عليها القانون، بالإضافة إلى ما يلي:
1- ألا يقل معدله التراكمي عن جيد
2- ألا يزيد عمره عن (30) عاماً بتاريخ نشر هذا الإعلان
3- أن يجتاز بنجاح جميع الاختبارات التي تجرى له في هذا الشأن
4- أن يتمتع بالمؤهلات والصلاحيات والكفاءة اللازمة لشغل تلك الوظيفة القضائية وفقاً لما تقدره اللجنة المختصة بقضايا الدولة.
5- يجب أن تثبت لياقته الطبية بموجب التحاليل والفحوصات الطبية من الجهات الطبية المختصة.
المستندات المطلوبة للتقديم هي:
1- صورة من بطاقة الرقم القومي مع توفر الأصل للمراجعة.
2- صورة من شهادة المؤهل (البكالوريوس)
3- أصل إيصال الدفع للملف.
يتم تسجيل طلبات التعيين من خلال الموقع الإلكتروني www.sla.gov.eg، خلال الفترة من السبت 11/11/2023 إلى 23/11/2023.
ومن المقرر أن يتم سحب ملف الطلب من مقر نادي استشاريي قضايا الدولة الكائن: شارع أبو الفدا – الزمالك – القاهرة، مقابل مبلغ ألف ومائتي جنيه مصري، خلال الفترة من السبت 11 نوفمبر. 4 نوفمبر 2023 وحتى نهاية يوم الخميس 16 نوفمبر 2023.
يجب تقديم الملفات مع النسخ الأصلية الكاملة للمستندات والمستندات المطلوبة. لن يتم النظر في الطلبات المقدمة قبل أو بعد الموعد النهائي المحدد أو الطلبات التي لا تستوفي الشروط والمستندات المطلوبة. لا يجوز استرداد جميع المستندات والمستندات الأصلية المقدمة في الملف.
