انتهاء اليوم الأول من مرحلة الفصل فى الطعون على انتخابات الرئاسة بالإدارية العليا
أكملت المحكمة الإدارية العليا اليوم الأول من مرحلة الفصل في الطعون على الانتخابات الرئاسية، حسبما حددته الهيئة الوطنية للانتخابات، لتبدأ المدة من اليوم الأحد 29 أكتوبر، وتستمر حتى الثلاثاء 7 نوفمبر 2023. وذلك لمدة 10 أيام للفصل في الطعون، وسيتم نشرها. ملخص الحكم في الجريدة الرسمية وصحيفة الجمهورية والأخبار على نفقة الخاسر في الاستئناف؛ جاء ذلك وفق الجدول الإجرائي والزمني الذي حددته الهيئة الوطنية للانتخابات.
أنهت المحكمة الإدارية العليا، أمس السبت، فترة قبول الطعون على الانتخابات الرئاسية، في تمام الساعة الرابعة عصرًا، وقيدتها في جدول المحكمة، وفقًا للجدول الزمني الذي حددته الهيئة الوطنية للانتخابات، التي أقرت فتح باب الانتخاب. باب قبول الطعون أمام المحكمة الإدارية العليا بمجلس الدولة يوم الجمعة 27 أكتوبر. اليوم السبت 28 أكتوبر.
وأكد مصدر بمجلس الدولة أن جدول عمل المحكمة الإدارية العليا بمجلس الدولة فتح باب تلقي الطعون من الساعة التاسعة من صباح الجمعة، ويستمر حتى الساعة الرابعة من عصر يوم السبت، وفق المدة المحددة ولم تتلق أي طعون ضد المرشحين للانتخابات الرئاسية حتى نهاية المدة المحددة.
وسبق أن أعلنت الهيئة الوطنية أنها لم تتلق أي اعتراضات من المتقدمين للترشح في الانتخابات الرئاسية 2024، وتقدم 4 مرشحين للهيئة الوطنية للانتخابات منذ فتح باب الترشيح في 5 أكتوبر، وحتى 14 أكتوبر، بأوراق ترشحهم في الانتخابات الرئاسية. الانتخابات الرئاسية، وهم المرشح الرئاسي عبد الفتاح السيسي، والمرشح فريد زهران رئيس الحزب المصري الديمقراطي، والمرشح عبد السند يمامة رئيس حزب الوفد، وحازم عمر رئيس حزب الجمهورية الشعبية. حزب.
