وأكد اللواء جمال نور الدين محافظ كفر الشيخ، أنه يجب الحفاظ على الأراضي الزراعية والتعدي عليها باعتبارها ثروة قومية ومصدر أساسي لإنتاج الغذاء وهو حق للأجيال القادمة. ووجه بمصادرة مواد البناء ومعدات التشغيل المستعملة وإزالتها فوراً في المهد، والتأكيد على دقة البيانات وسلامة الإجراءات. ضد المخالفين والمقاولين الذين يرتكبون مخالفات البناء والتعامل بحزم مع أي تقاعس أو إهمال من جانب المعنيين والمتباطئين في اتخاذ الإجراءات.
