تأجيل إعادة محاكمة متهم بأحداث عنف الطالبية لجلسة 17 ديسمبر
قررت الدائرة الأولى لإرهاب بدر، برئاسة المستشار محمد السعيد الشربيني، تأجيل إجراءات إعادة محاكمة أحد المتهمين في أحداث العنف التي شهدتها منطقة الطالبية، والمعروفة بـ”أحداث عنف الطالبية”. “إلى جلسة المرافعة في 17 ديسمبر.
وكانت النيابة العامة وجهت للمتهمين عددًا من التهم، من بينها التجمهر، وتحريض المواطنين على التجمهر، وحيازة أسلحة نارية، والتحريض على العنف الطلابي، وتعطيل وسائل النقل..
وفيما يتعلق بعقوبة التظاهر، نص القانون في المادة 19 على أن كل من يخالف قواعد التظاهر المنصوص عليها في القانون، سواء كان ذلك للإخلال بالأمن أو تعطيل الإنتاج أو تعطيل الإنتاج، يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن سنة وبالغرامة. مدة لا تزيد على 5 سنوات، أو غرامة من 50 إلى 100 ألف جنيه، أو بإحدى العقوبتين. – الدعوة إلى تعطيل مصالح المواطنين والمرافق ووسائل النقل أو قطع الطريق.
