أعلنت مستشفيات جامعة قناة السويس أنه في إطار تسهيل الخدمات الطبية المقدمة للعاملين بجامعة قناة السويس والمستشفيات الجامعية وأسرهم وأهالي الإسماعيلية، أعلن الدكتور أحمد أنور عبد الغني المدير التنفيذي للمستشفيات الجامعية عن قرب التشغيل الفعلي لمركز طب الأسرة الرئيسي بمستشفيات جامعة قناة السويس.
يقدم المركز خدماته العلاجية من خلال 5 عيادات طب الأسرة لعلاج الحالات الحادة والمزمنة، عيادتين للأسنان، عيادة نسائية، عيادة تنظيم الأسرة، عيادة متابعة الحمل، عيادة متخصصة في الطب الباطني والأطفال، الأشعة، فحوصات طبية (دم، بول، براز) – غرفة علاج، ولا يوجد طوارئ. متابعة الطفل السليم – غرفة عزل وجميع الخدمات التابعة للتأمين الصحي الشامل
وأضاف الدكتور أحمد أنور سيتم ربط كافة العاملين بالجامعة والمستشفيات الجامعية وأسرهم وأهالي الإسماعيلية لتلقي الخدمات الطبية الأولية في مركز طب الأسرة الرئيسي بالمستشفيات الجامعية وفق أعلى معايير الجودة للخدمات الطبية.
وفيما يتعلق بالمستندات المطلوبة للعلاج في مركز طب الأسرة الرئيسي، فهي البطاقة الأصلية، وشهادة الميلاد، وشهادة الزواج للمشاهدة فقط، مع تقديم صور وبطاقات الرقم القومي لجميع البالغين، وشهادات الميلاد لجميع أفراد الأسرة، و شهادة زواج حديثة. يتم تقديم الأوراق إلى مركز طب الأسرة الرئيسي بالمستشفيات الجامعية بقسم التسجيل الطبي.
