أدلت الفنانة حورية فرغلي بصوتها في الانتخابات الرئاسية بمقر اللجنة الفرعية بمدرسة قصر الدبارة وسط البلاد، وشددت على ضرورة المشاركة، وحثت المرأة على المشاركة في الانتخابات.
وتعد الانتخابات الرئاسية 2024 خامس انتخابات رئاسية متعددة الأحزاب تشهدها البلاد في تاريخها الحديث. وتكتسب انتخابات 2024 أهميتها الإضافية من كونها خطوة كبيرة في مسار البلاد نحو التحول الديمقراطي والتعددية الحزبية والتنافسية السياسية، والتي جاءت بعد عام ونصف من الحوار الوطني الجاد وغير المسبوق، الذي ضم كافة المكونات السياسية والنقابية والمصرية. المجتمع المدني.
وتضم قائمة المرشحين في الانتخابات الرئاسية: المرشح الرئاسي عبد الفتاح السيسي رمز النجم، المرشح الرئاسي فريد زهران رئيس الحزب المصري الديمقراطي رمز الشمس، المرشح الرئاسي عبد السند يمامة رئيس حزب مصر. حزب الوفد رمز النخلة، والمرشح الرئاسي حازم عمر رمز السلام.
وتجرى الانتخابات الرئاسية 2024 في مصر وفق الجدول الزمني الذي حددته الهيئة الوطنية للانتخابات أيام 10 و11 و12 ديسمبر/كانون الأول، على أن يبدأ التصويت من الساعة التاسعة صباحا وحتى التاسعة مساء. وتم تحديد يوم 13 ديسمبر لإنتهاء عملية الفرز وإرسال السجلات إلى اللجان العامة وإعلان النتائج يوم 18 ديسمبر.
