أدلى الشاعر عبد الله حسن بصوته في الانتخابات الرئاسية 2024 بمنطقة العجوزة. وقال لليوم السابع إن الإدلاء بالصوت الانتخابي واجب وطني ويجب على الجميع القيام بهذا الواجب، معربا عن سعادته بوعي المواطن المصري وشعوره بالمسؤولية تجاه وطنه، وأن شدة الإقبال تعبر عن الوعي السياسي للمصريين.

وتجرى الانتخابات الرئاسية 2024 في مصر وفق الجدول الزمني الذي حددته الهيئة الوطنية للانتخابات أيام 10 و11 و12 ديسمبر/كانون الأول، على أن يبدأ التصويت من الساعة التاسعة صباحا وحتى التاسعة مساء. وتم تحديد يوم 13 ديسمبر لانتهاء عملية الفرز وإرسال السجلات إلى اللجان العمومية وإعلان النتائج يوم 18 ديسمبر..
