أكد المهندس طارق الملا وزير البترول والثروة المعدنية ، فى مستهل رئاسته أعمال جمعيات اعتماد الموازنة التخطيطية للعام المالى2025/2024 لشركات القطاع العام البترولى ، أن ماشهدته كيانات قطاع البترول وبخاصة شركات القطاع العام من تطوير مستحق وغير مسبوق هو قيمة مضافة لقطاع البترول والصناعة والاقتصاد الوطنى ، مشيراً إلى أن ذلك تم وفق نهج علمى وتنفيذاً لاستراتيجية واضحة رأت تطوير الشركات كأولوية أولى وتم ضخ استثمارات قوية فى مشروعات جديدة بها زادت من دعم مراكزها المالية والدور الإيجابى فى دعم الاقتصاد المصرى.
وأضاف الملا خلال رئاسته أعمال جمعيات شركات أسيوط والاسكندرية والعامرية للبترول والبتروكيماويات المصرية،عبر تقنية الفيديو كونفرانس ، بحضور المهندس أحمد سمير وزير الصناعة والتجارة واللواء هشام آمنة وزير التنمية المحلية، أن ذلك التطوير فى الكيانات دعمته القيادة السياسية وشمل كافة المجالات بداية من السلامة والصحة المهنية ومروراً بتعزيز الكفاءة التشغيلية وتحسين كفاءة العمليات وتنفيذ مشروعات التوافق البيئى وخفض الانبعاثات وترشيد الإنفاق وصقل خبرات ومهارات العاملين ومراعاة البعد الاجتماعى من خلال تنفيذ برامج المسؤولية الاجتماعية ، وأن وجود نماذج عمل واضحة تلتزم بها الكيانات البترولية والتكامل بينها وزيادة قدرتها على التنسيق وتحديد الأهداف ينعكس فى موازناتها الطموح وهو ما نشهده عاماً بعد الآخر ، لافتاً إلى أن التطوير الذى تم فى شركات القطاع العام غير مسبوق روعى فيه تنوع أنشطتها ودورها الهام الذى يعد بمثابة العمود الفقرى لمنظومة العمل البترولى.
