مصر تدين بأشد العبارات القصف المتعمد لخيام النازحين بمدينة رفح الفلسطينية

أدانت جمهورية مصر العربية بأشد العبارات في بيان صادر عن وزارة الخارجية قصف القوات الإسرائيلية المتعمد لخيام النازحين في مدينة رفح الفلسطينية، الأمر الذي أسفر عن سقوط المئات من القتلى والمصابين بين صفوف الفلسطينيين النازحين العزل، في انتهاك جديد وسافر لأحكام القانون الدولي الإنساني، وبنود اتفاقية چنيف الرابعة لعام ١٩٤٩ بشأن حماية الأشخاص المدنيين في وقت الحرب.
واعتبرت جمهورية مصر العربية هذا الحدث المأساوي، إمعاناً في مواصلة استهداف المدنيين العُزّل، والسياسة الممنهجة الرامية لتوسيع رقعة القتل والدمار في قطاع غزة لجعله غير قابل للحياة. وطالبت مصر إسرائيل بالامتثال لالتزاماتها القانونية كقوة قائمة بالاحتلال، وتنفيذ التدابير الصادرة عن محكمة العدل الدولية بشأن الوقف الفوري للعمليات العسكرية وأية إجراءات أخرى بمدينة رفح الفلسطينية.
وجددت جمهورية مصر العربية مطالبتها لمجلس الأمن، والأطراف الدولية المؤثرة، بضرورة التدخل الفوري لضمان الوقف الفوري لإطلاق النار في قطاع غزة، وإنهاء العمليات العسكرية في مدينة رفح الفلسطينية، مشددة على حتمية اضطلاع المجتمع الدولي بمسئوليته القانونية والإنسانية تجاه توفير الحماية للمدنيين الفلسطينيين، ومنع تعريضهم لمخاطر تهدد حياتهم.
