النادي المصري البورسعيدي يحذر من استغلال اسم وشعار وقميص النادي دون الحصول على موافقته الرسمية

اصدرت إدارة النادي المصري ،تحذير إلى كافة الجهات سواء من الشركات أو الأشخاص من استغلال إسم وشعار النادي وكذلك القميص الخاص بالفريق الأول للكرة بالنادي للموسم الحالي 2025/2024 أو المواسم السابقة له،وذلك دون الحصول على الموافقة الرسمية من مجلس إدارة النادي المصري.
واكدت إدارة النادي المصري ،فى بيان صحفي ،أن استغلال اسم النادي وشعاره في الترويج للمنتجات دون الحصول على الموافقة الرسمية من الإدارة ،يُعد جريمة يعاقب عليها القانون، خاصة وأن اسم وشعار النادي قد تم تسجيلهما بإدارة العلامات التجارية بوزارة التموين والتجارة الداخلية منذ الثالث من مايو عام 2017.
كما شددت ادارة النادي المصري على احتفاظها بحقها في اتخاذ كافة الاجراءات التي تحفظ للنادي المصري حقوقه القانونية.
