اختارت الهيئة الإدارية للدورة 34 لأيام قرطاج السينمائية المنتجة التونسية درة بوشوشة رئيسة للجنة تحكيم الأفلام الوثائقية الطويلة والقصيرة.
درة بوشوشة اسم لامع في تاريخ الإنتاج السينمائي العربي والإفريقي والعالمي. اشتهرت بدعمها لسينما المؤلف والتزامها بالدفاع عن السينما الأفريقية والجنوبية والترويج لها.
تولت بوشوشة إدارة أيام قرطاج السينمائية لثلاث دورات أعوام 2008 و2010 و2014، حيث أعطت للمهرجان أبعادا جديدة وجعلته حدثا سنويا. أطلقت فعاليات أيام قرطاج السينمائية في المناطق، كما أسست ورشة تكميل لدعم صناع السينما العرب والأفارقة.
بوشوشة حاضر في الساحة السينمائية العالمية من خلال عضويته ورئاسته لجان تحكيم أهم المهرجانات السينمائية. كانت عضوًا في لجنة تحكيم مهرجان البندقية السينمائي عام 2020 وترأست لجنة تحكيم الأفلام الروائية الطويلة في مهرجان فيسباكو عام 2023. كما انضمت إلى جوائز الأوسكار عام 2018 واختيرت عرابة مصنع الأفلام في دورته. مهرجان كان السينمائي الدولي الخامس عشر 2023.
