وتستقبل المحكمة الإدارية العليا الطعون على الانتخابات الرئاسية اليوم الجمعة 27 أكتوبر حتى السبت 28 أكتوبر 2023، وقيدها بجدول المحكمة في الموعد المحدد اعتبارًا من الأحد 29 أكتوبر وحتى الثلاثاء 7 نوفمبر 2023، للفصل من قبل المحكمة الإدارية العليا في الطعون المقدمة ضد الانتخابات الرئاسية، ونشر ملخص الحكم في الجريدة الرسمية وصحيفة الجمهورية والأخبار على نفقة الخاسر في الاستئناف. جاء ذلك وفق الجدول الإجرائي والزمني الذي حددته الهيئة الوطنية للانتخابات.
