انطلق منذ قليل مؤتمر تحالف الأحزاب المصرية، حزب التحرير المصري، لدعم المرشح عبد الفتاح السيسي في الانتخابات الرئاسية، والذي أقيم في إحدى القاعات المفتوحة بمدينة المنيا، و والتي بدأت بالدقيقة صمت على أرواح شهداء غزة، ثم آيات من القرآن الكريم، بحضور الدكتور ممدوح عبد الحكيم، وبإشراف بلدية المنيا، الحركة الشعبية لتحرير غزة. حب مصر أمين الحزب بالمنيا المهندس أيمن حسن والدكتور أحمد فؤاد مساعد رئيس الحزب لشمال الصعيد.
وأضاف أمين التنظيم أن المؤتمر يهدف إلى حشد أعضاء الحزب والمواطنين للوقوف خلف المرشح عبد الفتاح السيسي، من أجل استكمال عملية بناء وتقدم مصرنا الحبيبة وحثهم على المشاركة في التصويت في العملية الانتخابية.
جاء ذلك بحضور الدكتور ممدوح عبد الحكيم رئيس الحزب، واللواء رؤوف أمين حزب الحركة الوطنية بالمنيا، وصلاح السيد الأمين العام لحزب التحرير بأسيوط، واللواء د. طارق أحمد مفتاح الأمين العام للتحالف الوطني عن محافظة المنيا، واللواء أحمد جاد مساعد رئيس حزب التحرير المصري، والقس شاكر عبده. وممثل بلدية سوهاج وجنوب الصعيد الرائد عبد الجواد مراسي، والأمين العام للحزب بيتاي البارود، وسيد عبد العزيز نائب أمين عام الحزب بأسيوط.
