وفي آخر التطورات، أعلنت وسائل إعلام فلسطينية أن 9 فلسطينيين استشهدوا وأصيب آخرون في قصف إسرائيلي لمحطة وقود تؤوي نازحين وسط قطاع غزة. وقال المركز الفلسطيني للإعلام عبر منصة “إكس” إن فرق الإسعاف تواصل البحث عن المفقودين.
وفي وقت سابق، ذكرت وكالة الأنباء الفلسطينية أن الطائرات والمدفعية الإسرائيلية شنت سلسلة هجمات على مخيم النصيرات وسط قطاع غزة والمناطق الشمالية من مدينة غزة. وذكرت أن قصف منزلين في النصيرات أدى إلى استشهاد وإصابة عدد من المواطنين.
وأضافت أن قوات الاحتلال نفذت غارات جوية مكثفة على بيت لاهيا ومحيط المستشفى الإندونيسي شمال قطاع غزة، تزامنا مع إطلاق قنابل ضوئية. وأشارت الوكالة إلى أن المدفعية قصفت مختلف أحياء مدينة غزة، خاصة حي الرمال.
تبنى مجلس الأمن الدولي، مساء الأربعاء، قرارا يدعو إلى هدنة إنسانية “عاجلة وممتدة”، في أول قرار من نوعه منذ بدء الحرب الإسرائيلية على غزة قبل 40 يوما، في وقت اقتحمت إسرائيل القطاع. مجمع الشفاء الطبي بغزة بعد ساعات.. الانسحاب منه وسط إدانات واسعة.
وحظي مشروع القرار الذي قدمته مالطا بتأييد 12 دولة من أعضاء مجلس الأمن، ولم تعترض عليه أي دولة، فيما امتنعت ثلاث دول عن التصويت، وهي روسيا وبريطانيا والولايات المتحدة..
كما أعلن الجيش الإسرائيلي أن عدد قتلاه منذ بدء العملية البرية في غزة ارتفع إلى 50 بعد مقتل نقيبين في معارك شمال غزة.
