صرح الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين بأن إجلاء المواطنين الروس من قطاع غزة هو “واجب مقدس”، ودعا إلى تقديم المساعدة لسكان القطاع..
وبحسب موقع روسيا اليوم، جاء ذلك خلال لقاء الرئيس مع أعضاء مجلس الوزراء، حيث تابع أن إجلاء المواطنين الروس من غزة “مهمة إنسانية ونبيلة للغاية”، وأشار إلى ضرورة “المساعدة” الناس الذين يعانون من الأحداث الجارية.“.
وقال بوتين: “نحن نرى ما يحدث هناك، لذا فإن من واجبنا المقدس أن نساعد مواطنينا على وجه الخصوص”.“.
وأشار الرئيس إلى أن الوضع في قطاع غزة صعب للغاية، حيث لجأ نحو 900 شخص إلى روسيا لإجلائهم من هناك. وطلب الرئيس من وزير الطوارئ ألكسندر كورينكوف إبلاغه بكيفية سير العمل لإجلاء الروس من قطاع غزة وإيصال المساعدات الإنسانية إلى القطاع.“.
وأكد الرئيس أن الوضع في قطاع غزة تجاوز “الوضع الحرج” منذ فترة، وقال: “900 شخص توجهوا إلينا لطلب إخراجهم من هناك، بينهم 639 مواطنا روسيا والباقي أقارب”.
