اليوم.. نظر محاكمة متهم بقضية " أحداث أبو النمرس "
تنظر اليوم الدائرة الثانية إرهاب المنعقدة بمدينة بدر، محاكمة أحد المتهمين بإجراءات إعادة المحاكمة في القضية رقم 3117 والمعروفة إعلاميا بأحداث أبو النمرس.
وتعقد الجلسة برئاسة المستشار حمادة الصاوي، وعضوية المستشارين محمد عمار، ورأفت زكي، والدكتور علي عمارة، وأمانة سر سيد حجاج ومحمد السعيد..
ووجهت النيابة للمتهمين ارتكاب جرائم التجمهر بقصد القتل العمد، وقتل حسن محمد شحاتة وثلاثة آخرين من أبنائه وأتباعه عمدًا، وذلك من خلال انتقال الجناة إلى مكان تواجدهم ومحاصرتهم وحمل أسلحة بيضاء، بالعصي، والمولوتوف، وإجبارهم على الخروج منه، ثم قاموا بضربهم. وطعن.
