نعى معالي السيد عادل بن عبدالرحمن العسومي رئيس البرلمان العربي بخالص الحزن والأسى فقيد الأمة العربية والإسلامية و العالم أجمع المغفور له بإذن تعالى صاحب السمو الشيخ نواف الأحمد الجابر الصباح أمير دولة الكويت، الذي انتقل إلى جوار ربه راضيا مرضيا اليوم، داعياً المولى عز وجل أن يتغمد الفقيد بواسع رحمته وأن يسكنه فسيح جناته.
وقال العسومي إن المغفور له بإذن الله صاحب السمو الشيخ نواف الأحمد الجابر الصباح كان قائداً حكيماً دفع ببلاده نحو تحقيق نهضة وإنجازات رائدة عززت من مكانتها المتميزة وحضورها الفاعل في محيطها العربي والإقليمي والدولي كما كان له دور بارز في تعزيز العمل العربي المشترك في مختلف المجالات وحرص على الامن والسلم الدوليين وبرحيله فقدت الأمة العربية و الإسلامية رجلا من رجالها الأوفياء .
