وأكمل:ساهمت منظومة كارت الفلاح في وصول الدعم لمستحقيه الحقيقيين ومتابعة أعمال الصرف وعدم التلاعب أو التهريب.ناقش الاجتماع مدى إمكانية تطبيق التحصيل الالكتروني في الجمعيات الزراعية بما يحقق مصلحة الفلاح ويأتي في إطار رؤية الدولة نحو التحول للشمول المالي،ودراسة سبل إدراج منظومة الحوكمة لسيارات نقل الأسمدة من المصانع إلى الجمعيات باستخدام أجهزة التتبع الـ”GPS “ كما ناقش الاجتماع، كيفية إدراج توزيع التقاوي في منظومة التحول الرقمي لحماية الفلاح وضمان حصوله على شيكارة تقاوي مؤمنة ومعتمدة لتحقيق أعلى إنتاجية.
يذكر أن نسبة إنجاز منظومة كارت الفلاح بلغت نحو 92% وإجمالي عدد الكروت التي تم استخراجها تجاوزت 4,570 مليون كارت.
