معاقبة عاطل 4 أيام لاتهامة بالتنقيب عن الآثار أسفل منزله فى القاهرة

قررت النيابة العامة بمحكمة جنوب القاهرة، حبس عاط ، 4 أيام على ذمة التحقيقات، لاتهامه بالتنقيب عن الأثار في منطقة الوايلي.
وكشفت تحقيقات النيابة، أن المتهم نقب عن الآثارأسفل منزله في الوايلي، وعثر بحوزته خلال تفتيش منزله محل الواقعة، على (فرد خرطوش وطلقة لذات العيار- الأدوات المستخدمة فى الحفر)، كما عُثر على حفرة بإحدى الغرف بعمق 3 أمتار، بمواجهته اعترف بإرتكابه الواقعة، وحيازته للسلاح النارى بقصد الدفاع عن نشاطه.
وطالبت النيابة الأجهزة الأمنية بالتحقق من الصحيفة الجنائية له للوقوف على نشاطه لاستكمال التحقيقات ، ووجهت له تهمة التنقيب عن الآثار بالمخالفة للقانون.
