شهدت فعاليات المؤتمر الثالث عشر المتعلقة بحماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية بدبي والذي عقدته جمعية الإمارات العربية قيام المستشار أسامه البيطار الأمين العام للإتحاد العربي لحماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية بتكريم الدكتور مادان أوبروي ممثل الإنتربول الدولي في المؤتمر.
قال الكاتب الصحفي أرمنيوس المنياوي المستشار الإعلامي للإتحاد أن الأمين العام للإتحاد حرص على المشاركة في المؤتمر بصفته ممثلا للإتحاد العربي و أحد أكثر الداعمين لقضية حقوق الملكية الفكرية مع السيدة ريم الريموني رئيسة الإتحاد والسيدة عبد الوهاب المنذري عضو الإتحاد، والسيدة أسماء عبد العزيز النجدي عضوة الإتحاد ورئيسة جمعية البحرين للملكية الفكرية وحضره أيضا العقيد زيد الصابوني مدير مكتب إعلام الفريق ضاحي خلفان تميم.
وأضاف المنياوي إن المؤتمر الذي عقد تحت رعاية الفريق ضاحي خلفان الرئيس الفخري للجمعية حيث حرص العديد من المحاضريين والداعمين لفكرة مناهضة قرصنة حقوق الملكية الفكرية سواء على المستوي العربي أو على المستوي الدولي على حضور المؤتمر الذي ترأسه اللواء الدكتور عبد القدوس عبد الرزاق العبيدلي رئيس جمعية الإمارات للملكية الفكرية وعضو الإتحاد العربي.وأشار الكاتب الصحفي أرمنيوس المنياوي إلى لافتة البيطار الأمين العام للإتحاد الذي أعلن في اليوم التالي للمؤتمر عن قيام الإتحاد بمنح حضور المؤتمر صفة العضوية العاملة المجانية وذلك بهدف دعم وتشجيع من الإتحاد العربي لكل العاملين في مجال مناهضة جريمة وقرصنة الملكية الفكرية تأكيدا من الأتحاد العربي على أهمية تلك القضية على الصعيدبن العربي والدولي.
وكانت السيدة ريم الريموني رئيسة الإتحاد قد قامت أيضا على هامش نفس المؤتمر بتكريم الفريق ضاحي خلفان تميم نائب رئبس الشرطة والأمن العام في دبي والرئيس الفخري لجمعية الإمارات واللواء الدكتور عبد القدوس العبيدلي رئيس الجمعية ومساعد القائد العام لشرطة دبي للتميز والريادة.
وأشار المنياوي إلى أن الإتحاد العربي بقيادة الريموني حريص على المشاركة والدعم لكل الأفكار التي تناهض جريمة الملكية الفكرية في الوطن العربي وعلى مستوى العالم.
وأن السيدة ريم الريموني رئيسة الإتحاد العربي تبحث القيام خلال الأيام القليلة القادمة مع وفد من أعضاء مجلس الإتحاد بزيارة الجمهورية الليبية بغرض نشر التوعية اللازمة بحقوق الملكية الفكرية في كل الدول العربية والعالم أجمع
