المؤسس الشيخ زايد بن سلطان آل نهيان
، كشريك كفاح له في تأسيس دولة الاتحاد.
كان ممثل الحاكم في المنطقة الشرقية لإمارة أبوظبي
وشغل سابقا منصب نائب رئيس المجلس التنفيذي لإمارة أبوظبي
ورئيس مجلس إدارة شركة بترول أبوظبي الوطنية
، ونائب رئيس المجلس الأعلى للبترول
ودعا مؤسس ورئيس اتحاد الوطن العربي الدولي
الدكتور خالد محمود عبد القوي عبد اللطيف
