وجه اللواء دكتور هشام أبوالنصر محافظ أسيوط، رؤساء المراكز والأحياء بالمتابعة والإشراف على كافة إجراءات توزيع الأسمدة الزراعية على المزارعين بالمركز، وتذليل المعوقات التي تحول دون حصول المزارعين على الكميات المخصصة لهم من الأسمدة، وضبط واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية حيال أي ممارسات غير قانونية تشوب عمليات التوزيع.
وفي هذا الإطار قام عبدالرؤوف النمر رئيس مركز ومدينة الفتح بناءًا على توجيهات محافظ أسيوط بالتنسيق مع مديرية الزراعة وإدارة التعاون الجمعية والوحدات الزراعية وتم المرور على الطبيعة ومتابعة عملية صرف السماد للسيطرة على عملية التوزيع، والالتزام بكافة ضوابط صرف الأسمدة بالتنسيق مع أعضاء الجمعيات لتوفير الأسمدة للمزراعين.
