تابع الدكتور محمد هاني غنيم محافظ بني سويف، مع التعليم سير أعمال البرنامج التدريبي، الذي تنفذه المديرية لتدريب وتأهيل المعلمين والمعلمات الناجحين ممن سبق وأن تقدموا بطلبات واجتازوا الاختبارات التي أجراها الجهاز المركزي للتنظيم والإدارة لاختيار معلمين جدد بمسابقة 30 ألف معلم على وظيفة “معلم فصل” ضمن المرحلة الرابعة من المسابقة
حيث أوضحت الدكتورة أمل الهواري وكيل الوزارة أن فعاليات التدريب،التي بدأت” أمس وتستمر حتى الاثنين المقبل”بداية من الساعة 9 صباحا ولمدة 7 أيام موزعة على 4 أيام بالنسبة للتأهيل التربوي ثم يتم التأهيل البدني لمدة 3 أيام ويتم عقد التدريب التربوي في عدد من المدارس والمنشآت التعليمية بمدينة بني سويف” وتشمل (مدرسة الشهيد كمال طعمة الثانوية” النيل سابقآ” و قاعة ومدرج نادي المعلمين وقاعات مدرسة الزخرفية ،وقاعات مركز التنمية المهنية بمدرسة عمر بن عبدالعزيز الابتدائية 2)
وأشارت وكيل الوزارة إلىى تفقدها قاعاعات ومدرج مدرسة الشهيد هشام كمال طعمة الثانوية “النيل الثانوية سابقاً” موضحة أن التدريب التربوي يهدف إلى إكساب المعلمين المعرفة والمهارات والاتجاهات نحو ممارسة عمليتي التعليم والتعلم ، لتأهيلهم تربوياً وتدريبهم على طرق التدريس المطورة وفقا لمنظومة التعلم الجديد، منوهة عن توجيهاتها بتوفير كافة أوجه الدعم الفني والتيسيرات اللازمة لعقد التدريب والخروج بالشكل المطلوب لتحقيق الإستفادة منه ، وتم فتح حوارامع المتدربين حول أهمية الاستفادة من البرنامج التدريبي
وأشارت غادة عبد الرؤوف مدير إدارة التدريب إلى أن البرنامج التدريبي للتأهيل التربوي للمعلمين يأتي في إطار حرص الوزارة في إعداد المعلمين واختيار أفضل العناصرمن المعلمين الأكفاء وهو ما ينعكس بشكل مباشر على النهوض بالمستوى التعليمي للطلاب، وبالمنظومة التعليمية
وأضافت أن البرنامج التدريبي يستهدف ما يزيد عن 646 معلما ومعلمة،موزعين على أكثر من 20 قاعة تدريبية ،وتشمل الحقيبة التدريبية للبرنامج التربوى للمعلمين الجدد فى “مسابقة 30 ألف معلم” أربعة محاور على مدار 4 أيام ، حيث يتضمن اليوم الأول : الجدارات والدمج التعليمي ، واليوم الثاني : التعلم المتمركز حول المتعلم ، واليوم الثالث:الذكاء الاصطناعي ، واليوم الرابع خاص بأنشطة المهارات الحياتية ومبادرة بداية وأنشطة التوكاتسو والمحتوى الرقمي والمهارات الحياتية وتختتم بالتدريب البدني لمدة 3 أيام
